Refund and Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or order number.

To start a return, use your customer account or contact us at dilonsupport@gmail.com Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window is a voluntary extension of that right.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the one you want.

Refunds. We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
